Policy for refunds and returned items
Of course, if you regret your purchase, you can make use of your right of withdrawal. Below we have elaborated on how to do this.

You can return products up to 30 days after the receipt of products, provided the products are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them.
We only accept returns on the back of receiving a written notifcation sent to email@example.com.
Please add your order number and we will inform you of how to proceed.
We reserve the right to refund only part of the payment if the product shows clear signs of usage.
We refund the total payment, including delivery costs (assuming lowest possible delivery rate). We withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 7 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods.
The customer is responsible for transport costs associated to the return of products.
If the item you have received from us is defective, please notify us promptly. We will, promptly, replace it. If the item is out of stock, will instead receive a full refund.
We will inform you of how to return the defective product.
Our products carry either a 2-year or 5-year warranty depending on product type.
We folllow all EU statutory guarantee regulations. Our warranty means that we will repair or replace products that have material or workmanship faults. Damage due to aggresive wear and tear or misuse, abuse or improper care is not covered by our warranty. Learn more here.
