The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (”you”) with Elwis Lighting A/S,CVR 26188482 (“Elwis”) at our website.

By using our website and/or placing an order, you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use before placing your order.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice to you. Every time you order a product from us, the terms and conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Elwis.

Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at our website include the VAT, but do not include delivery charge. The cost (if any) for each delivery is indicated at check-out. If there is a delivery charge and we make use of part shipments, there will not be an additional charge for you as customer.

Ordering and confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment from us. When products are shipped from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation (e-mail) with tracking number. All purchases are subject to availability.

Delivery, returns, and warranty
Elwis uses PostNord for deliveries, and their stated delivery times are those that Elwis leans on. Delivery is expected within 1-3 days. Only ordinary working days and thus not weekends and public holidays count here. Elwis do not ship any orders between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. As a customer, you will be sent tracking, so you always know how far the package is. 

If you want to return an item, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal by either refusing receipt or sending the item back to Elwis. It is recommended that you contact Elwis first in order to agree on a refund of the item. The item will be approved as a return if it is returned unused in its original packaging.

Elwis complies with the applicable warranty legislation at all times and provides service accordingly. If you are a customer with a product where you want to make use of the guarantee, Elwis should be contacted. The warranty does not cover misuse, wear, or batteries.

We point out that it is not possible to place orders for delivery in countries outside Denmark, via our website or webshop, and we reserve the right to reject any order placed for delivery in countries outside Denmark. We encourage you to contact and use one of our exclusive dealers instead.

Payment methods
We accept credit/payment cards only.

Language
We communicate in English and Danish only.

Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on our website shall be limited to the total price of your order.

Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at our website is the ownership of Elwis. Any use of our website or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission.

Governing law and disputes
Danish law apply exclusively to these terms and conditions and the contract between you and us.
